Our business listings search is keyword-based. Our RSS Feeds are regularly crowled by search engines. The following tips will help your listings rank higher in search engines' organic results and in our results as well:
- Log into your account and enhance your listing with a description.
- Your business listing description should be as complete as possible.
- Upload your company's logo or your picture. This makes consumers trust your business.
- Show Your Business Ratings On Your Website & Let Your Visitors Keep Rating You:
Click on the Boost Ratings link on your company's profile, copy the code, paste it in the body section of your webpage, keep checking for recent updates of the code as you get more ratings. It's so simple!
- Add your listing to popular sites like Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Linkedin, Delicious, Technocrati, StumbleUpon, Digg,
Blogmarks, Diigo, Furl, Spurl, Google, Yahoo, MSN by using our social bookmarks links available on your company's profile.
- Join our business owners network which is powered by Google Friend Connect, add friends, join their sites and ask them to join yours.
- Update your business listing on a regular basis.
- Link to your business listing's page on blogs and other social networks.
- Make sure business information is correct, that it doesn't contain typing errors: your address, phone number, state, email address etc.
