Everywhere we applied for loans, they offered low teaser rates with adjustable rate mortgages. We felt it was like a bait: these rates would increase to a level we would eventually default on our loan. So we decided to shop around and compare lenders. We discovered the truth that rates don't matter untill the borrower locks in his rate. We also had the opportunity to compare offers from 5 different lenders, who were very patient with us in explaining all details and provided us good faith estimates. Three years ago, I applied for a mortgage refinancing loan through Best Mortgage Companies Inc. A search on their website returned 4 lenders and brokers in my home town. My application for prequalification was sent to those 4 companies and I received about 9 detailed quotes from them. I had done some shopping around myself before I applied and the offers they got me were better than the ones I found on my own. I would recommend Best Mortgage Companies Inc. if you need a reliable source to shop for a mortgage loan online. |

Best Mortgage Companies Inc helped me refinance my mortgage. They helped me get quotes from 4 mortgage lenders in my area. I was able to chose the best offer and the savings were substantial. With a lower monthly payment, I was also able to pay some debts. Their customer service was excellenct. I was very pleased. I would totally recommend them! |
